GREENBANK DINING HALL This fast track project required the existing dining hall to be refurbished and extended during the short 13-week summer vacation. By reorganising the facility and creating a more efficient servery arrangement it has been possible to increase capacity and reduce the catering outlets on site from two to one, with resulting savings in operating costs. |
